Ordering & Processing

In-stock pieces are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

Made-to-order jewelry is crafted especially for you and may take 2–3 weeks to ship.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Shipping & International Duties

Tracking information is provided with every order.

Customs fees, duties, and taxes are not included at checkout. We recommend checking your country’s import policies before ordering.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required to receive their package.

Packages returned due to unpaid fees will be automatically refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you would like an item re-delivered, a new order will need to be placed.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Bespoke pieces, fine jewelry, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.

Returned items must be unused, in excellent condition, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met.

Parcels returned outside the 14-day window will be declined and sent back to the sender.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.

Care Instructions

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your jewelry:

Avoid contact with water, perfume, and chemicals.

Store pieces separately in the provided pouch.

Clean gently using a soft cloth.

Avoid pulling on chains or earrings. All pieces are made from precious metals and may break if strained.

Jewelry may naturally tarnish or oxidize over time, causing surfaces to appear darker or less shiny. Regular polishing with a soft cleaning cloth will help maintain the finish.

For oxidized sterling silver, use a silver bath followed by gentle polishing.

Materials

925 sterling silver, 18k gold plating, and brass.

Most pieces are plated with 2 microns of gold. Rings are plated with 3 microns for added durability.

With proper care, your Casa Sol jewelry can maintain its original beauty for many years. Please note that surface treatments and plating will naturally wear over time. For restoration, we recommend visiting a trusted jeweler for replating.
